To prepare you for the evening, please review the following information.
- Registration: When you arrive, you will check in at the “Registration” table just inside the front doors of The Dante Club. At check-in, you will receive your bid number, a bracelet with your bid number on it and your dinner table number. You will also be asked to provide a credit card so your final bill can be run at the end of the night. Volunteers will be double-checking your email address to ensure that you will receive your invoice/receipt after the event.
- Silent Auction: The Silent Auction will be open from 5:00 pm until 7:15 pm. Make your bids right away – especially for the sign-up parties because they fill up quickly!
- Other things to do: You can play our Wine Toss Game (3 throws for $10) and win a bottle of wine. Photos of your child can be purchased at the Photo Wall. Send someone to jail! Be sure to sign up for or bid on your child’s Teacher Feature as well as purchase your child’s class project if you haven’t already done so.
- Buy a raffle ticket for the Live Auction Raffle (if you win you get your choice of the Live Auction items!).
- Dinner will be served at 7:30.
- The Raffles, Live Auction, Dessert Dash and Stand Up For Mariemont will begin at 8:15.
- The Dessert Dash will have each table dashing for its dessert. Once you sit down to dinner, you will be asked to pass around a bid form and everyone can contribute towards your tables’ total bid on a dessert. During the Live Auction, we will read off the winners, from high to low, and a runner from each table will “Dash” for your table’s dessert. (Don’t forget to check out all of the amazing desserts that will be available for the Dash.)
- After dinner, go see what you won at the Silent Auction – and don’t forget to take your items home!
