Attached are the notes from the Denim & Diamonds Committee meeting on November 2nd.  Please read through to see if there is anything that I missed or have incorrectly.

Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 7th at 7:00 pm at my house (4229 Los Coches).

I’ve also attached the generic donor letter and donation form.  Please start thinking of places that you visit frequently, business owners you know etc that might be interested in donating an item for our auction.  If you are unsure if we’ve already contacted them, send me an email and I’ll let you know (I hope to have our list posted on gmail docs or our website by the end of the week).
